As your LabVIEW is 32-bit software, you must use also the 32-bit
MCDWIN software. Please install it using setup.exe from your software CD,
you can also download the software from our website after filling out the
registration form in Support..Registration..

Don't care about the DLL, it is installed into the common folder for
Windows DLLs, on a 64-bit Windows it is Windows\SysWOW64 for
32-bit DLLs and Windows\System32 for 64-bit DLLs.
