We are trying to communicate with a NHQ High Voltage unit via its RS232 port. We send (for instance) "U1 <CR><LF>" to determine the voltage on channel A. However, we are sent back (in ASCII) "U1<LF>????<CR><LF>". Many times we get a timeout error.

We wanted to control the NHQ105M unit through RS232 using computer. We have tried to do the same using HyperTerminal of windows. We were able to get the echo but all the commands in the table of the manual did not work?

We urgently need to control this NHQ205M unit through computer interface through the given RS232 port. But the corresponding manual has misplaced some where and now we dont know the compand instructions codes for its control?

We would like to remote control the HV supply via RS232. In the manual it mentions that there already exists a LabView VI. We would be interested in using this VI and were wondering whether we could be sent a copy, or details of the code used?
