Software Support: One year after purchase customers receive free software and documentation updates. Extended software support can be purchased for an additional period of four years. For downloading updates, please use the request form found at: www.fastcomtec.com/support/upgrades.html
Fill out the requested information and e-mail the form to us. Once we establish that you are eligible we will return your request form with your user name and password. Go to the download site below and enter both. When the one year free support period has elapsed or the extended software support period has ended, an annual Software Support Agreement can be purchased. To qualify for an annual Software Support Agreement, the software packages licensed on each system must be included as partial upgrades are not possible. Alternatively, a one-time software and documentation update can be purchased for each product. To ensure full software compatibility for the update we will need to know the S/N (serial number) and the current software version used.
